Description
OX01914 is a water-soluble and permeable modulator of utrophin that upregulates utrophin protein levels with an EC50 of 20.5 μM. OX01914 can be used in Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) studies [1].
In vitro
OX01914 demonstrates an upregulation of utrophin mRNA in LUmdx and H2K mdx myoblasts at concentrations of 0.1, 10, 40, and 50 μM for 24 hours, and specifically at 30 μM for H2K mdx myoblasts over the same period [1]. Additionally, at concentrations of 1, 3, and 30 μM over 24 hours, OX01914 increases utrophin protein levels approximately threefold in human Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) muscle cells [1]. This is corroborated by Western Blot Analysis, which confirms the upregulation of utrophin mRNA in both LUmdx and H2K mdx myoblasts at specified concentrations and duration, and a significant increase in utrophin protein levels in human DMD cells, showcasing OX01914's potential therapeutic effects on muscular dystrophy at the molecular level [1].

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
