Octoclothepine (Clorotepine), an analogue of Clozapine, is both a neuroleptic and antipsychotic agent. It exists in enantiomeric forms, where the (+) form acts as an atypical antipsychotic, and the (-) form functions as a typical antipsychotic. The (+)-Octoclothepine displays very high binding affinity for 5-HT₆ and 5-HT₇ receptors, with Ki values of 0.41 and 0.38 nM respectively, whereas the (-)-Octoclothepine shows Ki values of 17.7 and 1.3 nM. This compound is utilized in research related to schizophrenia [1][2].

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
