Description	N-Bromoacetyl-β-alanine is an alkyl chain-derived PROTAC linker used in synthesizing PROTACs[1] and serves as a cleavable ADC linker in the production of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[2].
In vitro	PROTACs have two ligands connected by a linker; one targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other targets a protein, using the ubiquitin-proteasome system for selective protein degradation[1]. ADCs consist of an antibody linked to a cytotoxin via an ADC linker[2].
