| In vitro | Multitarget AD-IN-3 at a concentration of 10 μM significantly inhibits the production of NO, TNF-α, and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 and BV-2 cells, while also reducing the expression of COX-2 and NF-κB. It effectively decreases ROS accumulation in TBHP-induced SH-SY5Y cells. Additionally, Multitarget AD-IN-3 can chelate metal ions such as Al 3+, Cu 2+, Fe 2+, and Zn 2+. In concentrations ranging from 25-50 μM over 24 hours, it dose-dependently inhibits the self-aggregation of Aβ 1-42. Furthermore, at 10 μM for 18-24 hours, it reverses Aβ 1-42-induced mitochondrial membrane depolarization in SH-SY5Y cells, inhibits apoptosis, and enhances cell viability. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
