| In vivo | The administration of Melarsomine at a dosage of 2.5 mg/kg via deep intramuscular injection, in conjunction with Doramectin, effectively eradicated D. repens infections in dogs[1]. Similarly, a lower dose of Melarsomine (0.25 mg/kg; deep i.m. injection) was successful in treating T. evansi infections in camels[2], while a slightly higher dose (0.5 mg/kg; deep i.m. injection) proved effective for T. evansi infections in dairy cattle in Thailand[2]. |
