| Description | Macropa-NCS is a macropa bifunctional analog with antitumor activity and can be used to study prostate cancer. |
| In vitro | A stock solution containing 4.4 mg/mL Macropa-NCS was prepared in 0.1 M pH 9.1 NaHCO3 buffer, which also contained 0.154 M NaCl, and the solution was stored at -80 °C. Macropa-NCS (52 μL) and NaHCO3 buffer (266 μL) were added to the saline in the Tmab (74 μL) fraction, which ultimately resulted in concentrations of 5.1 mg/mL and 0.59 mg/mL for Tmab and Macropa-NCS, respectively. based on the molecular weight of Macropa-NCS of 1045.76 g/mol, the molar excess ratio of Macropa-NCS with respect to Tmab was calculated to be approximately 16-fold.
