In vitro	PROTACs are composed of two distinct ligands connected by a linker; one ligand targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other targets the desired protein. Utilizing the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system, PROTACs selectively degrade target proteins[1].
