Description

In vitro
L-Cystine disodium monohydrate, at concentrations of 83 µM or 200 µM for durations of 24 or 72 hours, effectively reverses the growth inhibitory effects of Sulfasalazine and Erastin in Huh6 cells. Additionally, L-Cystine disodium monohydrate at 0.8 mM for 4 hours induces an increase in Nrf2 protein expression in a Keap1-dependent manner in HeLa cells.
In vivo
L-Cystine (280 mg/kg, oral, 11 days) disodium monohydrate alongside L-theanine partially enhances antigen-specific IgG production in mice, primarily by increasing levels of glutathione (GSH) and T helper 2 (Th2) response. Additionally, when L-Cystine (200 mg/kg, oral, 11 days) disodium monohydrate is given with L-theanine (80 mg/kg, oral, 11 days), it significantly reduces the serum IL-10/IFN-γ ratio in mice 6 hours after DNP-KLH antigen stimulation, but increases this ratio 24 hours post-stimulation.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
