In vitro | KL 465 is a MAGE-A3 Degrader (PROTAC) with a DC50 of 2 μM and a maximum degradation (Dmax) of 60%. It works by degrading MAGE-A3, subsequently reducing cancer cell viability, and its activity is dependent on the von Hippel-Lindau protein (VHL). |
