Description	Kdo2-Lipid A ammonium (KLA) is a selective and potent TLR4 agonist, a lipopolysaccharide.Kdo2-Lipid A ammonium induces the release of TNF and PGE2.
In vitro	Stimulation with Kdo2-Lipid A ammonium (1 µM) induces the release of both TNF and PGE2 from the cell cultures of adult rat spinal astrocytes[1].
In vivo	Upon intrathecal administration, KDO2-Lipid A ammonium activates toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in rats[1].
