Description
HP210 is a selective glucocorticoid receptor modulator (SGRM) that significantly downregulates the mRNA expression levels of IL-1β and IL-6, making it a promising candidate for research into inflammation-related diseases.
In vitro
Methods: Rat airway organoids were first treated with 10 μg/mL LPS for 5 days to establish a COPD model, followed by treatment with 10 μM R-HP210 for 5 days; MUC5AC was stained using immunofluorescence, and the proportion of goblet cells was quantified via high-content analysis.
Results: R-HP210 significantly reduced the number of LPS-induced MUC5AC⁺ goblet cells and effectively inhibited excessive mucus secretion. [1]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 µL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
