Targets&IC50	PRMT8:0.223 μM, PRMT6:10 nM, PRMT1:0.119 μM
In vitro	In PRMT6-overexpressing cells, EPZ020411 does-dependently inhibits H3R2 methylation.
In vivo	in vivo: EPZ020411 shows good bioavailability following subcutaneous (SC) dosing in rats making it a suitable tool for in vivo studies.
