In vitro	PROTACs consist of two different ligands that are linked by a linker, one of which is directed against the E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other against the target protein.PROTACs selectively degrade target proteins through the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system. ADCs consist of an antibody, a linker, and a cytotoxin, which binds to the antibody through the linker.
