Description	DB772 is a broad-spectrum antiviral activity that inhibits Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus (BVDV), prion activity, Border Disease Virus (BDV), HoBi Virus, Forked Horn Virus and Bungowannah Virus.
In vitro	In human telomerase-immortalized (hTERT) ovine microglia cell lines, both PrPSc-positive and PrPSc-negative, DB772 (1 μM; continuous for 4 days) showed no significant effect on cell viability, with a cell viability of 96.4%[3].
