Description	Clozic (ICI 55897) exhibits reversible anti-proliferative effects and can be used in studies about serving as a potential anti-arthritic agent.
In vitro	Clozic (>50 μM) dose-dependently decreases the amount of matrix protein synthesized by RHMC cell cultures. Clozic dose-dependently inhibits RHMC cell culture growth. Clozic (500 μM) does not affect Lactate dehydrogenase levels[1].
