Description	Clozic (ICI 55897) is a small molecule anti-arthritis candidate that exerts anti-inflammatory effects by reversibly inhibiting excessive proliferation of synovial cells, and can be used for mechanistic studies of rheumatoid arthritis and related inflammatory diseases.
In vitro	Methods: RHMC cells were treated with different concentrations of Clozic to detect matrix protein synthesis, cell growth, and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release levels. Results: Clozic (>50 μM) dose-dependently inhibited matrix protein synthesis and cell growth, and this anti-proliferative effect was reversible; treatment with 500 μM for 3 days had no significant effect on LDH release, indicating no obvious cytotoxicity [1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
