| In vivo | Administration of BSc3094 (3 mg/kg; i.v.) directly into the ventricular system decreases sarkosyl-insoluble Tau. At doses ranging from 0.075 to 1.5 mM via the same administration route, BSc3094 significantly lowers the levels of sarkosyl-insoluble Tau in cortical extracts, achieving a reduction of approximately 70%. Additionally, BSc3094 effectively ameliorates pre-synaptic dysfunction in organotypic hippocampal slices from pro-aggregant mice, reversing the exacerbation of paired-pulse depression observed in non-treated pro-aggregant Tau slices post-application of a paired-pulse stimulus to the Schaffer collaterals. It also counters the elevation in Tau phosphorylation in rTg4510 mice to normal levels and partially remedies memory deficits observed in these mice. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
