Description	Boc-gly-PEG3-endo-BCN is a PEG-based PROTAC linker and a cleavable 2-unit PEG ADC linker, used in the synthesis of PROTACs [1] and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) [2], respectively.
In vitro	PROTACs consist of two ligands linked by a connector: one targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other targets a specific protein, utilizing the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system for selective degradation of target proteins[1]. ADCs are composed of an antibody conjugated to an ADC cytotoxin via an ADC linker[2].
