In vitro	PROTACs consist of two distinct ligands linked by a connector; one ligand targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, while the other targets the protein of interest. By exploiting the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system, PROTACs enable the selective degradation of target proteins[1].
