| In vitro | BION106, when used at 10 μM for 30 to 240 minutes, rapidly and effectively degrades the dihydrofolate reductase-thymidylate synthase in Plasmodium falciparum, indicating its ability to quickly form an effective ternary complex to initiate the degradation process. Additionally, BION106 at concentrations ranging from 0.4 to 50 μM over 4 hours significantly reduces the enzyme levels in a concentration-dependent manner. |

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
