In vitro	PROTACs consist of two distinct ligands joined by a linker: one ligand targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, while the other targets the desired protein. By leveraging the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system, PROTACs enable the selective degradation of target proteins [1].
