| In vitro | Ardisianone, when applied at 1-5 μM for 24-48 hours, induces apoptosis in HL-60 cells and exhibits potent cytotoxicity, with IC 50 values of 1.87 μM at 24 hours and 1.67 μM at 48 hours. At concentrations of 2-5 μM over 24 hours, it also shows pyroptosis-inducing activity in HL-60 cells. Furthermore, Ardisianone at 0.5-2 μM over 72 hours significantly enhances the expression of CD11b and CD68 in these cells and promotes differentiation into monocyte-like and macrophage-like morphologies. At 2 μM, Ardisianone demonstrates DNA damage-inducing activity in HL-60 cells. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
