Description	Compound 5cb, known as Anti-melanoma agent 3, is a derivative of 2-aryl-4-benzoyl-imidazole (ABI) that acts as an inhibitor of melanoma xenogeneic tumors. It exhibits anticancer effects by targeting the colchicine binding site, thereby preventing tubulin polymerization [1].
In vitro	Anti-melanoma agent 3 exhibits antiproliferative activity and can inhibit the growth of melanoma cell lines and prostate cancer cell lines [1].
In vivo	Anti-melanoma agent 3 (administered intraperitoneally at doses of 10 and 30 mg/kg once daily for 14 days) significantly inhibits tumor growth in B16-F1 tumor-bearing mice [1].
