Description
Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) is a monoclonal antibody targeting mouse/human/rat CCL2/MCP-1, capable of blocking the CCL2 signalling pathway, reversing the immunosuppressive microenvironment, enhancing chemotherapy sensitivity, reducing macrophage infiltration, and inhibiting latent HIV seeding. It is applicable for studying inflammatory diseases, viral infections, and cancers such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
In vitro
After 16 hours of treatment with Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) (5 μg/mL), the migration of THP-1 cells toward the infected enteroid-derived monolayer (EDM) was significantly reduced [1].
At a concentration of 10 μg/mL for 24 hours, Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) significantly attenuated the promotion effect of mesenchymal stromal/stem cells (MSCs) on interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) secretion by natural killer (NK) cells [2].
By knocking out LILRB4 in BV2 cells, Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) inhibited the recruitment of CD8+ T cells [3].
In vivo
In the DEN- and CCl4-induced hepatocellular carcinoma model, the combined use of Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) (8 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection, 4 times per week, weeks 18-24) with BLZ945 significantly reduced tumor burden [4].
For HIV-infected TKO-BLT mice, treatment with Anti-Mouse/Rat/Human CCL2/MCP-1 Antibody (2H5) (100-200 μg, intraperitoneal injection, every 48 hours for 12 days) significantly decreased HIV viral load [5].
