In vitro	Pomalidomide, a CRBN ligand and recognized immunomodulatory imide drug (IMiD), is conjugated with Rucaparib via a tri(ethylene glycol) (PEG3) linker, resulting in a compound termed iRucaparib-TP3 (IMiD-Rucaparib with a triazole-PEG3 linker). This compound facilitates the degradation of PARP1[1].
