In vitro
The compound '[Arg-15,-20,-21,Leu17]-PACAP-Gly-Lys-Arg-NH2' (BM-PACAP) at a concentration of 0.1 μM demonstrated a more prolonged relaxation effect on human bronchial smooth muscle in vitro, compared to PACAP 1-27, over an observation period of 0-5 hours [1].
