| Description | 15-deoxy-Δ12,14-Prostaglandin D2 (15-deoxy-Δ12,14-PGD2) is a PGD2 metabolite functioning as an agonist for the PGD2 receptor 2 (DP2), with a binding affinity (Ki) of 50 nM for the mouse DP2 receptor expressed in HEK293 cell membranes. It activates eosinophils with an EC50 of 8 nM and enhances the recruitment of steroid receptor coactivator-1 (SRC-1) to peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ), initiating PPARγ-mediated transcription at 5 µM concentration. Furthermore, it exhibits cytotoxicity towards L1210 murine leukemia cells with an IC50 of 0.3 µg/ml and displays weaker inhibition of ADP-induced platelet aggregation than PGD2, with an IC50 of 320 ng/ml. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
