Description	1,1,1,1-Kestohexaose is a natural product, an insulin-type fructooligosaccharide hexasaccharide with neuroprotective and antidepressant activities, capable of alleviating corticosterone-induced decreases in cell viability and NGF expression in vitro.
In vitro	Methods: PC12 cells were used and treated with 1,1,1,1-Kestohexaose (0.625-10 μM) for 48 hours. Cell viability, [Ca²⁺] levels, and NGF mRNA expression were detected to evaluate its protective effect against Corticosteron-induced injury. Results: 1,1,1,1-Kestohexaose (0.625-1.25 μM) alleviated cell damage; (2.5-10 μM) attenuated calcium overload; (5-10 μM) reversed the decrease in NGF mRNA levels.[1]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
