| In vitro | Methods：The inhibitory activity of VU0487836 against purified enzymes and intracellular COX-1, COX-2 in tumor cells was determined in vitro, and the corresponding IC₅₀ values were measured. Results： 1.VU0487836 exerted potent and selective inhibition on ovine COX-1 with an IC₅₀ of 0.36 μM, and showed no obvious inhibitory effect on murine COX-2 (IC₅₀ > 25 μM). 2.In human ovarian cancer OVCAR3 cells, VU0487836 selectively inhibited COX-1 with an IC₅₀ of 0.18 μM, while it had no activity against COX-2 in human 1483 head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cells (IC₅₀ > 5 μM) [1]. |

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
