| In vitro | UNC9036 induces degradation through a multi-step mechanism: 1) diABZI PROTAC binds to and activates STING, resulting in its phosphorylation; 2) the VHL ligand recruits VHL to target the phosphorylated STING for proteasomal degradation. Under conditions with UNC9036 treatment, depletion of VHL partially rescues STING expression. |
