| In vitro | UCHL1-IN-1 inhibits UCHL1 in BT549 cells at concentrations of 0-50 μM over 4 hours. At the same concentration range over 24 hours, UCHL1-IN-1 also suppresses cell migration and viability in BT549 cells. Additionally, it demonstrates metabolic stability in human liver microsome assays with a half-life greater than 120 minutes and exhibits low intrinsic hepatic clearance. |
