In vitro
Tubulin polymerization-IN-22 (Compound 4u) demonstrates antiproliferative effects on the human breast cancer cell line (MCF-7) with an IC50 of 1.47 μM [1], by inhibiting tubulin polymerization through targeting the Colchicine binding site [1].
