| In vitro | TE-11 (20 µM) inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and reactive oxygen/nitrogen species (RONS) in M1-polarized macrophages, without exerting a direct antioxidant effect. |
| In vivo | TE-11, administered intraperitoneally at doses of 5 and 10 mg/kg once daily for four days, can ameliorate TNBS-induced colitis in mice. |
