Description
TAPI1 acetate is a salt form of TAPI1. TAPI1 (TNF-α processing inhibitor-1) is a TACE (ADAM17) inhibitor that inhibits shedding of TNF-α, TNFRI (p60), and TNFRII (p80), IL-6 other cytokine receptors; TAPI-1 is also a metalloproteinase MMP inhibitor that promotes cisplatin-induced ESCC cell apoptosis by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway to promote cisplatin-induced apoptosis in ESCC cells.
In vitro
Methods: HK2 cells were pretreated with TAPI1 acetate (1 μM for 30 minutes) and then treated with 10 μg/ml LPS for 8 hours. Cell viability was measured by CCK8.
Results: TAPI1 acetate increased the cell viability of HK-2 cells treated with LPS. [1]

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
