In vitro	SNT207858 demonstrates binding to the MC-4 receptor at an affinity of 22 nM, exhibiting significant specificity with a 170-fold greater selectivity when compared to MC-3, and a 40-fold increased selectivity relative to MC-5.
In vivo	In mice,the tumor induced weight loss significantly reduced by SNT207858 (30 mg/kg; oral administration; once daily; 15 days).
