rel-(2R,3R)-Nitric oxide production-IN-11k is an isomer of Nitric oxide production-IN-11k (T206206). Nitric oxide production-IN-11k is a compound that exerts anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the TLR4, JNK, and NF-κB signaling pathways. Nitric oxide production-IN-11k suppresses nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells, with an IC₅₀ of 23.2 µM. The mechanism of action involves downregulation of TLR4 expression, inhibition of JNK phosphorylation, and suppression of NF-κB activation, thereby reducing the expression of iNOS and COX-2 and consequently decreasing the production of inflammatory mediators such as NO, PGE₂, and TNF-α.

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
