Description	PF-06471553 is an effective and selective inhibitor of monoacylglycerol acyltransferase 3 (IC50: 92 nM).
Targets&IC50	MGAT3:92 nM
In vitro	PF-06471553 shows inhibitory activity against MGAT3 in HEK-293 cells with an IC50 of 205 nM (pIC50, 6.69). PF-06471553 displays >160 fold in vitro selectivity for MGAT3 over DGAT1 (IC50, >50 μM), DGAT2 (IC50, >100 μM), MGAT1 (IC50, 14.9 μM), and MGAT2 (IC50, 19.8 μM) [1].
In vivo	In hMGAT3 mice, PF-06471553 (200 mg/kg, p.o.) in addition to (DGAT1 and DGAT2) inhibitors display additional inhibition of glycerol-d5 incorporated triolein. It has no effect on WT mice[1].

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
