| Targets&IC50 | BSA glycation:41.8 μM |
| In vitro | Pedaliin dose-dependently attenuates the growth of human colon cancer cells, HT29 and HCT116, with concentrations ranging from 0 to 35 μM after 72 hours of treatment[2]. With a concentration range of 3.5-35 μM, a 30-minute incubation at 37 ℃, Pedaliin exhibits ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP)[1]. Under non-cytotoxic conditions, Pedaliin at 7 μM for 48 hours alleviates the invasion and migration of HT29 and HCT116 cells[1]. Additionally, Pedaliin, at a volume of 20 μL, demonstrates high 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC), and in vitro antiglycation activities. It also inhibits BSA glycation with an IC50 value of 41.8 μM[1]. |
