Description
NSC 698600 is a potent inhibitor of PCAF(p300/CBP-associated factor) with IC 50 of 6.51 μM that shows good inhibition activity of cancer cell proliferation [1].
In vitro
NSC 698600 (25 μM; 72 h) exhibits an antiproliferative effect on SK-N-SH and HCT116 cells with a GI 50 of 12.2 μM and growth inhibition of 40%, respectively [1]. Cell Proliferation Assay [1] Cell Line: SK-N-SH, HCT116 cells Concentration: 25 μM Incubation Time: 72 h Result: Showed an antiproliferative effect on SK-N-SH and HCT116 cells with a GI 50 of 12.2 μM and growth inhibition of 40%.
