Its inhibitory effect on Complex I is consistent across various nematode species, such as C. briggsae (IC 50 = 1.6 μM), P. pacificus (IC 50 = 2.1 μM), and P. hermaphrodita (IC 50 = 1.1 μM) [1]. |
