| In vivo | MSA-2 dimer exhibits antitumor activity, demonstrating tumor growth inhibition and prolonged overall survival at 60 mg/kg (p.o., 50 days), complete tumor regression at 40 mg/kg (s.c., 25 days), and increased proinflammatory cytokine (IFN-β) levels at 60 mg/kg (p.o., 4 hours) in tumors. Higher concentrations are observed in tumors than in plasma or other non-tumor tissues at 60 mg/kg (s.c., 4 hours). In THP-1 cells, MSA-2 dimer induces the phosphorylation of TBK1 and IR, and in macrophages, it induces IFN-β at 10 μM and 33 μM. Furthermore, MSA-2 dimer exhibits dose-dependent antitumor activity via IT, SC, or PO administration routes[1]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
