| In vitro | MS102 (4-10 μM; 24-48 h) demonstrates enhanced effectiveness in preventing infection of primary human bronchial epithelial cells (NHBE) by the SARS-CoV-2 wild-type virus. It exhibits very low cytotoxicity in HepG2 and Calu-3 cells. MS102 effectively inhibits the ACE2-dependent coronavirus hCoV-NL63, with an EC50 value of 80 nM. Additionally, MS102 significantly reduces VISTA protein levels in MDA-MB-231, SUM159, MDA-MB-436, EMT6, and RENCA cells. |
| In vivo | MS102, administered through intraperitoneal injection at a dose of 25 mg/kg once daily for four consecutive days, reduces SARS-CoV-2 viral load and lung pathology in K102-hACE2 transgenic mice. 2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
