Description MLS-0437605 is a potent and selective inhibitor of dual-specificity phosphatase 3 (DUSP3), with an IC50 of 3.7 μM. It exhibits higher selectivity towards DUSP3 in comparison to DUSP22 and other protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs).
In vitro MLS-0437605 effectively suppresses platelet aggregation induced by collagen-related peptide (CRP) and rhodocytin, without affecting the response to thromboxane. It also reduces the phosphorylation of tyrosine (pY) in approximately a 70-kDa protein following stimulation with CRP or rhodocytin. Additionally, MLS-0437605 diminishes the tyrosine phosphorylation of Syk and PLCγ2 proteins that have been immunoprecipitated[1].
