| In vitro | MDM2-IN-24 is a G-quadruplex ligand that binds to the G-rich sequences of MDM2 and MDMX with dissociation constants of 4.9 and 5.2 μM, respectively. At a concentration of 6 μM, MDM2-IN-24 inhibits MDM2, leading to the induction of proliferation and apoptosis in TNBC cells. Additionally, MDM2-IN-24 exhibits cytotoxicity against HCC1937 cells, resulting in a cell viability rate of 27.7%. |
