Description	Maytansinoid B, an ADC cytotoxin, conjugates with antibodies to create antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This antimitotic agent binds to tubulin, inhibiting microtubule assembly, and induces G2/M arrest in the cell cycle, leading to apoptosis [1] [2].
In vitro	Maytansinoid displays cytotoxic activity in the range of 10-90 pM against several tumor cell lines, including lymphoma [1]. When conjugated with an anti-CD9 antibody, it forms SAR3419, which targets B-cell malignancies [1].
