In vitro
ADCs consist of an antibody linked to a cytotoxin via an ADC linker[1]. PROTACs feature two ligands connected by a linker, one binding to an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other to a target protein, utilizing the ubiquitin-proteasome system to degrade target proteins selectively[1].
