| In vitro | LSD1-IN-22 (compound 7t) exhibits anti-proliferative effects on CCRF-CEM, Jurkat, and hERG cells. A Cell Proliferation Assay over 72 hours with concentrations from 0 to 50 μM shows significant cell growth inhibition, yielding IC50 values of 23±0.8 μM for CCRF-CEM, 26±1.7 μM for Jurkat, and 7.7±1.3 μM for hERG cells. |
