| In vitro | INCB059872 (25 nM; 48 hours; 293T cells) upregulates enhancer activity and gene expression[1]. INCB059872 (25 nM; 24 hours; THP-1 cells) induces a growth defect in THP-1 cells within one doubling time (approximately 3 days). In MV-4-11 cells, INCB059872 (100 nM; 24 hours) does not impede growth similarly to DMSO-treated cells. INCB059872 (THP-1 cells) regulates genes and enhancers as identified by PRO-seq analysis[1]. Western Blot Analysis in 293T cells (250 nM; 48 hours) shows increased enhancer activity and gene expression. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
