HDAC-IN-39 is a potent inhibitor of HDAC and is able to act on HDAC1, HDAC2 and HDAC3 with IC50 values of 1.07 μM, 1.47 μM and 2.27 μM, respectively. HDAC-IN-39 induces cell cycle arrest in G2/M phase and also significantly inhibits microtubule polymerization.
