Description	Glutaurine aceate containing glutamine and taurine residues is an orally active hormone of the parathyroid. Glutaurine aceate, as a hormone, is isolated from parathyroid gland oxyphil cells. Glutaurine aceate can be used for the research of antiepileptic and anti-amnesia[1][2][3][4].
In vivo	Glutaurine aceate (1, 10, 20 or 50 μg/rat; p.o.) significantly restores the latency of entry in both the 24 and 48 hours tests at the dose of 50 μg/rat[2]. Glutaurine aceate (100~3000 ug/kg; i.p.) significantly reduces T3 blood levels in a dose-dependent manner, but does not significantly raise T4 blood levels[3].

Stock Solution Preparation:

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
