Description	GGsTop (Nahlsgen) is a highly selective and irreversible inhibitor of γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT) with antiaging activity.
Targets&IC50	GGT (human):（ki）170 μM
In vitro	GGsTop is a potent, highly selective, and irreversible inhibitor of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), exhibiting a Ki value of 170 μM against human GGT[1].
In vivo	In 9-week-old male rats, GGsTop (1 mg/kg; administered via the inferior vena cava for 12, 24, and 48 hours continuously) was able to reduce serum levels of ALT and AST, and prevented the elevation of serum γ-GT levels in the IR-GGsTop group [3].
